Know your terms you work for
You need to treat your business as something special. As something exclusive. As something people choose, who want to become real pros.
You should understand, I am a trust expert and no “clever guy”, who tries to make a lot of money from people’s blindness. For sure, I earn money, but the client has an advantage, too: I have learned for a long time, what is to know about trust, I have written a book, and I have developed trust modules and strategies to teach people how to develop trust, how to strengthen trust, and how to overcome problems with trust.
You should know, trust in our world is often handled false. People either hunt after trust or influence, or try to earn over a long time people’s trust, what leads to consequences. One day, we are at the point, where we begin to play false, or become dishonest, or blind the other person with our qualities. Trust begins with us, and with a good character, with honesty, and integrity.
Trust is the only kind of influence that really matters.
My book teaches, what we should learn to develop a good attitude, to convince people and become successful, not only in business, but also in private life.
I don’t collaborate with people who try to impress me with their influence strategy. Having influence one day is normal for an expert. We should be careful to mix influence marketing strategies with trust strategies.
Great leaders know what they want, and don’t feel the necessity to show other experts the right way.
I have high standards for my company and organization, through my work and topic “trust”. And I stick to these values.
I want to deliver my clients best service and support.
I rather say “No” than delivering a service to a person, who does not convince with my concept or who irritates my business.
I know my terms I work for!
You should never sacrifice your high standards in order to squeeze another client through the company door! Making people wait sends a message that what you have is worth waiting for!
Businesses that struggle with meetings and delivery make the customer perceive a bad brand image. Impressing with a full calendar is not an advantage!
Develop certain business principles and turn that into a strategy! Don’t be weak and don’t give in too easily, when people try to infiltrate your “thinking” and imagination of the own company philosophy. Set yourself apart from others!
